| 摘 要： | 《沈芊绿医案》乃作者沈金鳌先生一生临证经验的精华荟萃,后世医家对其几近无人问津,历代整理出版沈金鳌医学著作,亦从未涉及《沈芊绿医案》一书。此次《沈芊绿医案》一书由中央财政支持立项整理出版,对其版本与内容进行了认真考证,认为《沈芊绿医案》确为沈金鳌先生手记。在校注过程中,主要对其版本进行了考证,对文本内容进行了细致校勘,并对有关疑难字词及所用典故等进行了注释,使其更具科学性与实用性。此一工作的完成,对沈金鳌医学研究大有裨益,对其医著研究也具有了圆满性。

| Abstract: | SHEN Qian-lu Medical Records is the clinical experience of SHEN Jin-ao.The doctors in later periods gave almost no attention to it.And when editing and publishing the medicine writings of SHEN Jin-ao,this periods book has never been involved in.Now,this book has been supported by the central government to collate and publish.Studying the version and the content carefully of this book,I think the book SHEN Qian-lu Medical Records does SHEN Jin-ao’s notes.During my annotation process,mainly to its version of the research,a careful collation of the text content,and difficult words and allusions and other comments was made to make it more scientific and practical.The completion of this work,may supply important data to SHEN Jin-ao’s medical research,and may make SHEN Jin-ao’s medical research a satisfactory. |
