| 摘 要： | 目的：观察炙甘草汤加减治疗窦性心动过缓的临床疗效。方法：选择80例窦性心动过缓病人,将其随机分为观察组43例和对照组37例。观察组予炙甘草汤加减,对照组予阿托品口服治疗。结果 ：两组治疗前后动态心电图比较,观察组明显优于对照组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。两组患者临床疗效比较,观察组总有效率为95.35%,对照组总有效率为72.97%,观察组优于对照组有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：炙甘草汤加减治疗窦性心动过缓疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:Observe roasted Zhigancao decoction adjusted treatment sinus bradycardia clinical curative effect.Method:Choose 80 cases of sinus bradycardia patient,it will be randomly divided into trial group of 43 cases and control group of 37 cases.The observation group roasted Zhigancao decoction to decrease,the control group to atropine oral therapy.Results:Two group dynamic ECG compared before and after treatment,the observation group was better than control significant difference(P<0.05).Two groups of patients,compare clinical curative effect,the observation group the total effective rate was 95.35%,the comparison group total effectiveness 72.97%,the observation group than in control group have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhigancaod ecoction adjusted treatment sinus bradycardia curative effect is distinct. |
