| 摘 要： | 目的：耳穴贴压治疗溃疡性结肠炎精神心理症状的疗效观察。方法：将50例病例随机分为两组,分别采用常规治疗护理措施、耳穴贴压配合常规治疗护理措施的方法。结果 ：经治疗1个疗程后,常规治疗组（对照组）总有效率为68%;耳穴贴压组（干预组）总有效率为84%。结论：干扰组的疗效优于对照组,且具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of auricular point sticking treatment for psychological symptoms of ulcerative colitis.Methods:50 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,conventional treatment with nursing care and auricular point sticking combined with conventional methods were respectively used.Result:After the treatment of 1 course,in regular therapy group(the control group),the total effective rate was 68%;in auricular group(intervention group),the total effective rate was 84%.Conclusion:The effect of intervention group is superior to that of the control group and statistically significant(P<0.05). |
