针灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎文献质量评价

目的：对针灸治疗肱骨外上髁的试验研究进行文献质量评价。方法：检索中文学术期刊全文数据库（CNKI）,检索时间截止至2010年11月。获取所有涉及针灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎的随机对照试验,选择符合纳入标准的临床试验,评价其方法。结果 ：其中随机对照试验占32%,21.54%的文献进行组间可比性的统计,组间均衡性比较可靠,有明确诊断标准的文献占32.31%,正确运用随机分组方法的文献占2.56%,17篇文献有随访记录,2篇提及盲法,3篇提及治疗安全性及不良反应。结论：目前有限的纳入试验显示,对于针灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎的优越性尚需更多的质量高、内在真实性好的随机对照试验来证实。

Literature Quality Evaluation for Acupuncture Treatment of External Humeral Epicondylitis

Objective:To research quality evaluation of literature of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.Methods:The retrieval of Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)was made,retrieval time deadline was November of 2010.All related literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis with randomized controlled trials were selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria for clinical trials,evaluating the method.Results:The randomized controlled trials accounted for 32%,21.54% of the documents had comparsions between groups of statistics,the balance between groups was reliable.32.31% literature had a clear diagnostic criteria.The correct use of stochastic grouping method accounted for 2.56%,17 articles had follow-up record,2 mentioned blind method,3 papers mentioned treatment safety and adverse reaction.Conclusion:The limited inlcusion criteria shows acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis superiority still needs more high quality,inner reality of randomized controlled trials.
