加味参苓白术散治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察加味参苓白术散治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床疗效。方法:将85例非酒精性脂肪肝病患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组42例和治疗组43例。对照组予饮食疗法及运动疗法,治疗组在饮食疗法及运动疗法的基础上加用加味参苓白术散,疗程为60天。观察比较两组患者治疗前后肝脏CT、肝功能、血脂等指标的变化情况。结果:两组CT肝脾密度比值、肝功能指标、血脂指标均得到了一定的改善,且治疗组的改善程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味参苓白术散对非酒精性脂肪肝具有较好的治疗作用,值得深入研究。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Modified Shenling Baizhusan Decoction on treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Method:85 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.42 cases in the control group were given alimentary therapy and exercises therapy,while 43 cases in the treatment group were given additional Modified Shenling Baizhusan Decoction for 60 days.The observation was made to see the change of CT,function,and blood fat in the liver before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:CT value,function,and blood fat in the liver were improved,and better effect were achieved in the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Shenling Baizhusan Decoction has better therapeutic effect on Modified Shenling Baishusan Decoction.
