子宫肌瘤与机体免疫功能相关性探讨

目的：探讨中药扶正化瘀法对子宫肌瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法：查阅相关文献并结合临床实践进行综述。结果 ：与正常健康者相比,子宫肌瘤患者血清IL-2水平下降,血清IL-6较正常健康者有所升高,而关于子宫肌瘤患者血清IL-8的水平的研究甚少,说法不一。结论：子宫肌瘤的发病与机体免疫功能是相关的,中医药治疗子宫肌瘤以扶正为本,结合化瘀、清利等方法,改善机体免疫状态,可预防及治疗疾病。

Discussion of Correlation between Hysteromyoma and Immune Function

Objective:To explore the immune function of patients with hysteromyoma via Chinese medicine to reinforce the healthy qi and remove stasis therapy.Methods:The relevant literature was analyzed combing with clinical practice.Results:Compared with normal patients,the level of interleukin-2(IL-2)in the serum was lower in patients with hysteromyoma,the level of interleukin-6(IL-6)in the serum was on the contrary.The explanations about the level of interleukin-8 in the serum of hysteromyoma patients were limited,and researchers had different views.Conclusions:The pathogenesis of hysteromyoma is relevant to the body’s immune function.Traditional Chinese medicine in reinforcing the healthy qi,combining with the methods such as removing stasis and clearing heat and promoting diuresis,can improve the body’s immune function,which can prevent or treat hysteromyoma.
