益生菌在溃疡性结肠炎中的应用

溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC),是一种肠道慢性非特异性炎症性疾病。其病因和发病机制尚不十分清楚。目前普遍认为UC发病机制与遗传易感性、环境因素、免疫异常、肠道菌群改变等多个方面有关。近年来,随着微生态学的发展,肠道菌群与溃疡性结肠炎发病的关系日益受到关注。同时益生菌在肠道免疫调节、控制炎症反应、改善肠道黏膜屏障等方面的优点已有许多动物实验及临床应用证明,并且广泛地应用于溃疡性结肠炎的治疗中,文章就益生菌制剂在UC中的应用作一综述。

Advances on the Use of Probiotics in Ulcerative Colitis

The pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis,which is a kind of chronic non-specific inflammatory intestinal disease,is still not entirely understood today.It is widely believed that the pathogenesis of UC is related to genetic susceptibility,environment factors,immune abnormalities,alteration of intestinal flora and so on.With the development of mircoecology in recent years,there were increasing interests in the correlation between intestinal bacteria and pathogenesis of UC.At the same time,many animal experiments and clinical applications have proved the predominance of probiotics on intestinal tract immunoloregulation,controlling of inflammatory,improving intestinal mucosal barrier and so on.Probiotics is used in the treatment of UC extensively.This article reviewed the advances on the use of probiotics in the treatment of UC.
