| 摘 要： | 目的:观察新加良附颗粒对S180荷瘤小鼠生存期的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射法建立S180腹水瘤小鼠模型,以新加良附颗粒低、中、高剂量及其联合5-氟尿嘧啶为治疗药物,观察对S180腹水瘤小鼠生存期及生命延长率的影响。结果:新加良附颗粒高剂量组及其低、中、高剂量组联合5-氟尿嘧啶组的生命延长率分别为28.25%、46.33%、59.89%、70.06%;与模型对照组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:新加良附颗粒对S180荷瘤小鼠生存期具有延长效果,各剂量组联合5-氟尿嘧啶能够明显延长S180荷瘤小鼠生存期。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Modified Liangfu Granules(MLFG)on survival period of S180 tumor bearing mice.Methods:The establishment of S180 ascites tumor model was made by intraperitoneal injection S180 tumor cells,which were administrated by MLFG in high,medium,low doses and combined with 5-fluorouracil respectively,then the effect of MLFG on survival period and life-prolonging rate of S180 tumor bearing mice were observed.Results:The life-prolonging rates of MLFG in high dose group and MLFG in low,medium,high doses combined with 5-FU group were 28.25%,46.33%,59.89%,70.06% respectively;compared with the model control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:MLFG could prolong the survival period of S180 tumor bearing mice,and the different doses of MLFG combined with 5-FU could prolong the survival time of S180 tumor bearing mice significantly. |
