氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

目的:观察氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联合应用治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:不稳定型心绞痛患者86例随机分组,治疗组予常规治疗加用氯吡格雷和阿司匹林,对照组予常规治疗加阿司匹林肠溶片,观察3周。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组可以有效控制心绞痛症状和降低心血管事件的发生率。结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林在不稳定型心绞痛的治疗中疗效确切、使用安全,并能降低急性心血管事件的发生率。

Observation of Effects of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin on Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in treating the unstable angina pectoris.Methods:86 cases of patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,treatment group give conventional therapy with clopidogrel and aspirin,the control group received conventional therapy plus aspirin enteric-coated tablets,the observation had lasted three weeks.Results:Compared with the control group,treatment group can effectively control symptoms of angina and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.Conclusion:Clopidogrel with aspirin is effective in the treatment of unstable angina,application security and can reduce the incidence of acute cardiovascular events.
