耳穴埋籽治疗失眠疗效观察与护理

目的:观察失眠患者耳穴埋籽的治疗效果。方法:将60例失眠患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用单纯安眠药物治疗,观察组用耳穴埋籽治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋籽治疗失眠患者效果好,且操作简便安全,无任何不良反应,有着较好的临床应用价值,优于口服舒乐安定。

Nuring the Insomnia Patients with Vaccaria Burying in the Ear Acupoints and Observing the Clinical Effect

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of vaccaria burying in the ear acupoint of insomnia patients.Methods:60 patients of insomnia meeting the inclusion criteria were devided into the observing group and the control group.The observing group was treated with vaccaria burying in the ear acupoint,while the control group was treated with surazopam.Our study is to compare the clinical effect of the two groups.Results:It was found that the score between the two groups had a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaccaria burying in the ear acupoint has a better effect than surazopam for insomnia patients.It not only has safe and simple manipulation,but also has no side effect.So it has an excellent clinical value of application.
