护理干预对糖尿病患者的影响

目的:该研究旨在证明对糖尿病患者进行护理干预的效果。方法:将本院近3年收治的糖尿病患者42例纳入研究,分为实验组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,而实验组在此基础上进行了护理干预,包括对其进行糖尿病的思想教育、生活方式的指导等,通过填写问卷进行统计分析。结果:经过8周的护理干预,实验组各项指标(除了躯体化)在干预前后差异具有统计学意义。我们还发现,对照组各种因子评分也较前好转,但是干预前后经比较差异无统计学意义。实验组生活质量评分较前好转,但躯体功能因子前后无统计学意义,另4因子干预后均较前有所好转,经比较差异具有统计学意义,而对照组各类因子在干预前后差异均不大。结论:护理干预对于改善患者的心理状态以利于治疗是非常必要的。

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Diabetes Patients

Objective:To prove the effect of nursing intervention on diabetes patients.Methods:42 in-hospital diabetes patients were classified into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with the normal nursing while the experimental group was treated with nursing intervention,which includes mental education,life guidance etc.and a questionnaire was launched to analyze the statistical results.Results:After 8-week nursing intervention,the indexes for experimental group show a statistical significance.We also found that the factors for control group were turning better,but without statistical difference.The life quality score was remarkably higher than before,but the factors for physical function didn’t show statistical significance.The other four factors were better with the nursing intervention,and the comparative difference shows statistical significance.Conclusion:The nursing intervention is very critical and necessary to improve the psychology and treatment of diabetes patients.
