| 摘 要： | 自1993年2月至1996年3月,为36例食管癌病人经左前外侧进胸,食管床全胃移植食管胃颈部吻合术,取得满意效果,无手术死亡,发生吻合口瘘2例,均经换药引流而愈,无吻合口狭窄及返流性食管炎发生。此术式操作方便,损伤小,并发症少,病灶切除彻底,是食管癌的有效手术方式。

| Abstract: | 36 cases of esophageal carcinom a were treated from February, 1993 to March, 1996 at our department. All patients underwent radical resecting of the tumor and anastomosed the st omach with the esophagus at the neck level.No operation mortality. After dressings and drainages,the 2 fistulas were healed. We were not found anastomosis strictrue and reflux esophagitis. This procedure designed,is simple to do,less operation damage, few complication arid the lesions could be resected completely. It, therefor, is an effeptive procedure for carcinoma of esophagus. |
