| 摘 要： | 目的:探索符合我国国情的社区糖尿病管理模式,提高糖尿病治疗效果。方法:将受试者随机分成2组,对照组(118例)予西医综合治疗措施;干预组(102例)在此基础上加用中药饮茶方,2个月为1个疗程。观察两组人体基本参数、血糖、中医症状及生存质量积分等变化。结果:干预后,干预组血压、血糖较干预前均有下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),与对照组比较,血糖下降有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组中医症状积分及生存质量总分均有下降,干预组下降较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中医综合干预能够提高降糖及降压疗效,改善症状,提高生存质量。
