| 摘 要： | 目的:研究苜蓿降血脂胶囊对实验性金黄地鼠动脉粥样硬化的作用。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养诱导金黄地鼠动脉粥样硬化模型,继续造模同时灌胃给药,8周后观察苜蓿降血脂胶囊对血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)、心脏及肝脏形态学变化及冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度的影响。结果:苜蓿降血脂胶囊在降低血清TC、TG、LDL-C、AI、冠状动脉粥样硬化病变发生率及管腔狭窄、肝脏脏器系数,升高HDL-C方面与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P0.05或P0.001)。用药组心脏、肝脏病变程度减轻。结论:苜蓿降血脂胶囊对动脉粥样硬化金黄地鼠有较好的治疗作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effects of Clover cholesterol-lowering capsule on experimental golden hamster atherosclerosis supplementation of Clover high,medium ,low-dose,Jiaogulan,Distilled water. After observation 8W of serum cholesterol, triglyceride （TC） （TG）, high-density lipoprotein （HDL-C） and low-density lipoprotein （LDL-C）, -atherosclerotic index （AI）, heart and liver morphological changes of coronary artery, the influence of atherosclerotic lesions.Results：Alfalfa cholesterol-lowering capsule reduce serum TC and TG, LDL-C, AI, coronary atherosclerotic lesions in the incidence and the luminal stenosis, liver viscera coefficient, Rising hdl-c, and model group compared with significant difference （P〈0.05） or P 〈0.001）. Of the heart, liver disease.Conclusion：Clover cholesterol-lowering capsule has good therapeutic effect on experimental golden hamster atherosclerosis. |
