| 摘 要： | 银屑病是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,其病因尚未完全阐明。心理应激因素通过中枢神经系统、外周神经系统和皮肤下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺素轴,参与对银屑病的神经免疫调节。神经免疫调节机制的探究对心理应激诱导银屑病发病机制的阐明有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease. The etiology of psoriasis has not been fully elucidated. It has been proposed that psychological stress regulates neuroimmune function in psoriasis via influencing the central nervous system, peripheral nervous system and skin hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenalin axis. Exploration of the regulatory mechanisms of neuroimmunity is crucial for elucidating pathogenesis of stress-induced psoriasis. |
