| 摘 要： | 患者男,26岁。下唇结节半年,无自觉不适。皮损组织病理示:瘤组织由大量纵横交错的平滑肌束组成,瘤细胞呈长梭形,胞浆丰富,胞核两端钝圆,肌束间见大小不等的血管管腔,部分呈裂隙状,无核分裂和细胞异型性。诊断:血管平滑肌瘤。手术切除后无复发。

| Abstract: | A 26-year-old male presented with nodule for six month on the lip,without any discomfort.Histopathology showed a large number of crisscross smooth muscle bundles.The tumor cells were long fusiform,rich in cytoplasm,obtuse round of cellular nuclei.Vascular channels with different sizes were seen between the muscle bundles,some of which were fissured,without cellular atypia or mitotic figure.Angiomyoma was diagnosed.No recurrence was found after surgical resection. |
