| 摘 要： | 交界性卵巢肿瘤是卵巢恶性肿瘤的一种,但不同于侵袭性卵巢癌的是,交界性卵巢肿瘤患者通常处于生育年龄,并且即使复发也预后良好,这使得保留生育功能显得特别重要。然而目前对于交界性卵巢肿瘤患者保留生育功能的安全性颇具争议。本文针对交界性卵巢肿瘤患者保留生育功能的研究进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Borderline ovarian tumor is a kind of malignant carcinoma,but it is different from invasive ovarian cancer. Patients with borderline ovarian tumors are usually in the reproductive age,and the prognosis is favorable even if there is a recurrence. Thus,the fertility sparing appears especially important. However,the safety of the fertility sparing of patients with borderline ovarian tumors is controversial. In this article,the research progress of fertility sparing in patients with borderline ovarian tumors is reviewed. |
