| 摘 要： | 患者男,50岁,右足跟多发角化性斑块1年。皮肤科情况:右足后跟三块灰褐色团块状增生物,表面均粗糙不平,可见裂隙,无渗出。皮损组织病理示:增生的鳞状上皮呈钝角往周围浸润,有一定异型性,内含较多鳞状涡。诊断:疣状癌。

| Abstract: | A 50-year-old male presented with multiple keratinized plaques on the right heel for one year.Dermatology examination showed three grey brown clumps of hyperplasia on the right heel with rough and uneven surface,visible fissures without exudation. Histopathology showed hyperplastic squamous epithelium in an obtuse angle infiltrating all round and some pleomorphism with a lot squamous eddies inside.The diagnosis of verrucous carcinoma was made. |
