| Abstract: | A 23-year-old male presented with a dark brown plaque on the dorsal hand of the glans and the inner preputial skin for two years.The plaque on the glans was covered by the foreskin.The lesions were visible and symmetrical.Diagnosis of divided nevus was made. |
