| 摘 要： | 患者女,17岁,发热3 d,手足部起红色皮疹2 d。皮肤科情况:手足背部可见红斑、小丘疹和瘀点,皮疹分布呈手套和短袜状。实验室检查:微小病毒B19 IgM抗体阳性,但IgG抗体阴性。诊断:丘疹紫癜性手套和短袜样综合征。对症治疗4 d后皮损消退。

A Case of Papular-Purpuric Gloves and Socks Syndrome |

| Abstract: | A 17-year-old female presented with fever for three days,and erythematous lesions on hands and feet for two days.Examination of the skin showed erythema,small papules and petechiaes on the dorsal surfaces of the hands and feet in a “gloves and socks”distribution.Laboratory examinations showed that parvovirus-B19-specific IgM was positive,but no parvovirus-B19 IgG was detectable.A diagnosis of papular-purpuric gloves and socks syndrome was made.Skin lesions subsided after four days of symptomatic treatment. |
