| 摘 要： | 目的探讨体液免疫异常在精神分裂症发病过程中的作用。方法利用速率散射比浊法测定25例首发精神分裂症患者、30例经抗精神病药物治疗患者血清中IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C3、C4含量,并与正常人作对照分析。结果未治疗组血清中IgG、IgA含量显著高于正常人及治疗组(P<0.01),而IgM则无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组及未治疗组血清C3含量显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论精神分裂症患者存在一定程度的体液免疫异常,对其发病可能有一定影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of humoral immunity changes on schizophrenia.Methods The concentrations of IgG,IgA,IgM and C3,C4 of 25 patients with first-episode shizophrenia and 30 patients with shizophrenia after treatment were determined by rate scatter turbid assays.Results The concentrations of IgG,IgA of non-treatment group were significantly higher than those of treament group and normal people (P<0.01).The levels of C3 in non-treatment and treatment groups were significantly lower than that of normal people (P<0.01).But the concentrations of Igm in three groups were not different.Conclusion The schizophrenic patients have abnormal humoral immunity which may have some value in pathogenesis. |
