| 摘 要： | 近10年来我院收治了18例前臂或小腿因外伤所致的筋膜间隔区综合征病人。本文就其病因、临床表现、手术时机和有关注意事项等进行了讨论。强调早期彻底筋膜切开减压是治疗本征的唯一有效方法。

| Abstract: | In the past 10 years, we treated 18 patients with compartmental syndromes resulting from injuries in forearm or shank. The cause, clinical manifestation and management are discussed in this report. It is emphasized that thorough fasciotomy to decompress in the early stage is most effective to treat these cases. If not treated properly, the mild case may lead to impairment of the function of the injured extremity and the severe case will endanger the patient's life, Among the 18 cases, 12 were treated promptly and got marked curative effects. The other 6 patients' extremities were impaired in different degree. |
