维甲酸联合复方青黛胶囊治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病疗效观察

目的：观察维甲酸联合中药复方青黛胶囊治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病疗效及不良反应。方法：10例确诊初治急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者，口服维甲酸、复方青黛胶囊治疗，观察临床、血像、骨髓像、肝、肾功能、心电图等变化及不良反应，1个月后统计疗效并与既往单用维甲酸组（6例）、维甲酸联合化疗组（9例）比较疗效及不良反应。结果：维甲酸联合中药组完全缓解10例（100％），单用维甲酸组完全缓解5例（83％），维甲酸联合化疗组完全缓解7例（77．8％）。结论：维甲酸联合中药复方青黛胶囊治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病具有疗效高、不良反应小、缓解快、费用低等优点，适用于经费困难的初治急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者。

Curative effect of retinoic acid plus compound capsule of natural indigo for acute promyelocytic leukemia

Objective To observe the curative effect and toxic reaction of retinoic acid plus compound capsule of natural indigo for acute promyelocytic leukemia.MethodTotal 10 patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia were treated with oral retinoic acid and compound capsule of natural indigo,the changes and toxic reactions in clinic curative effect,haematology,marrow smear,liver and kidney functions and electrocardiogram were observed. Curative effect after one month was analyzed and contrasted with retinoic acid alone group(n=6) and retinoic acid and chemotherapy group(n=9) in curative effect and toxic reaction.ResultsOral retinoic acid plus compound capsule of natural indigo group with 10 case of CR(100%),retinoic acid alone group with 5 case of CR(83%),and retinoic acid and chemotherapy group with 9 case of CR(77.8%).ConclusionRetinoic acid plus compound capsule of natural indigo for acute promyelocytic leukemia with the advantages of better curative effect,less toxic reaction,quick remission and fewer costs,is suit for the initial treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia patients with financial straits.
