| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病是老年糖尿病人危险而严重的慢性并发症，也是老年糖尿病人致残致死的主要原因之一．本文分析了148例老年糖尿病肾病的临床资料，对糖尿病肾病肾功能不全的高危因素，临床特点进行分析，旨在提高临床对此病的诊断水平，早期发现，重视此病及针对高危因素进行早期防治．

| Abstract: | Diabetic nephropathy in seile diabetics not only was a dangerous and important complicanion but was main causes of disability and death. A clinical analysis of 148 cases of diabetic ocphropathy was presented, in order to enhance diagnostic level, to make possible earlier finding of the diseast, to pay attention to the disease to early prevention and cure of the dangerous factor. |
