| 摘 要： | 目的 帮助抗SARS病一线医务人员迅速发现并调整不良心理状态．促进SARS病的防治工作。方法 南昌市级SARS病定点收治医院SARS病区医护人员32名，采用SCL-90、SAS、SDS等心理量表测评。结果 心理干预后SCL-90各项指标均有下降．其中阳性项目均分，强迫、其他3项指标有明显差异。结论 及时有效地心理干预可以发现并调整SARS病区医务人员的失眠及不良心理状态．促进SARS病的防治工作。

| Abstract: | Objective To find and adjust the bad psychological status and sleep disorder, promote the prevention and treatment of SARS. Methods 32 medical staffs in SARS hospitals by fixed position in Nanchang were assessed with SCL-90 SAS SDS in the earlier and final stage of psychological intervention. Results The total scores and many sub scores of SCL-90 SAS SDS have significant differences ,and there were differences in difficult falling a sleep or maintaining sleep,early wakening. Conclusion Psychological intervention can find and adjust the bad psychological status and sleep disorder of medical staffs in SARS wards,promote the prevention and treatment. |
