郑州市医院洁净手术室综合指标监测与管理

目的了解郑州市部分医院洁净手术室洁净效果,强化管理对策。方法采用现场检测方法,对4所医院22间洁净手术室综合性能进行了检测。结果在22间洁净手术室中,Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级洁净手术室各有6间,综合性能合格率均为66.66%;有6间Ⅲ级洁净手术室综合性能合格率为75%,另有4间Ⅳ级洁净手术室合格率为50%。在各项监测指标中,沉降菌超标率为31.82%,尘埃颗粒数超标率为18.19%,静压差和相对湿度合格率均为77.27%。结论郑州市医院洁净手术室综合洁净性能达标率偏低,沉降菌和尘埃粒子数超标严重,特别加强Ⅰ、Ⅱ级洁净手术室质量管理。

MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE PERFORMANCE OF CLEAN OPERATIONAL ROOMS IN HOSPITALS OF ZHENGZHOU CITY

Objective To understand the sanitary conditions of clean operating rooms of some hospitals in zhengzhou for strengthening the management.Methods On the spot examination method was used to examine the comprehensive properties of 22 clean operating rooms in 4 hospitals.Results There were 6 grade –I and 6 grade –Ⅱclean operating rooms in 22 clean operating room and the eligible rate was 66.66%.The eligible rate of 6 grade –Ⅲ clean operational rooms was 75% and that of 4 grade –Ⅳ clean operational rooms was 50%.Among various monitoring items,the excessive rate of settling bacteria was 31.82%,the excessive rate of dust particle construction was 18.19%.The eligible rates of pressure difference and relative humidity were all 77.27%.Conclusion The eligible rate of comprehensive performance of clean operational rooms in hospitals in zhengzhou are comparatively low.The settling bacteria and dust particle construction are far excessive.So it is necessary to strengthen the management of grade –I and grade –Ⅱ clean operating rooms.
