| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床应用及疗效。方法:采用Seldinger技术行超选择性双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤患者17例,术后随访3个月～1年观察患者临床症状及子宫瘤体改变情况。结果:子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤可减少子宫肌瘤引起的月经量多,缓解贫血及痛经,缩小子宫及肌瘤体积,未出现严重的并发症。结论:子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical application and effect of super selective arterial embolism therapy in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods:17 cases of hysteromyoma were treated by the method.The symptoms andvolume of the uterus and myoma were observed in the next year.Results:The volume of the uterus and myoma were diminution significantly,the menstrual cycle and menstrual blood Volume were normal arid anemia was improved.No severe complications were observed in thestudy.Conclusion:Uterine artery embolization is a safe and effective method for treating hysteromyoma. |
