白领高血压合并代谢异常强化健康教育干预效果评价

目的:探讨白领高血压合并代谢异常强化健康教育干预的效果。方法:将285例白领高血压合并代谢异常患者随机分为干预组和对照组,分别对其进行为期1年的健康教育。干预组主要通过定点监测、健康宣教、面对面交流、发放资料、门诊随诊及电话提醒等方式进行个体化干预;对照组进行随机教育、门诊随诊。干预内容包括认识高血压、合理膳食、限盐、戒烟、限酒、控制体重、合理运动、心理调节等。干预前、后用自身前后对照的方法对高血压控制达标率、体重指数达标率、血压下降水平、不良生活行为改变进行比较,评价干预效果。结果:健康教育干预1年后,干预组高血压控制达标率(93.0%)、体重指数达标(61.3%)分别高于对照组(63.6%,50.7%),干预组吸烟、饮酒、少运动、不合理饮食、作息不规律明显改善,有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);工作压力有改善,但无显著差异;而对照组各指标均有改善,但无显著差异。结论:通过对白领人群高血压合并代谢异常患者进行强化健康教育,能促进患者生活方式的改变,使患者血压达标,从根本上减少心脑血管并发症的发生。

The Evaluation on Intensified Health Educational Interposal Effect of White Collar's Abnormal Hypertension Anabolism

Objective:Study the intensified health educational interposal effect of white collar’s abnormal hypertension anabolism.Methods:Dividing 285 abnormal hypertension anabolism patients into intervention group and control group.We conduct one year’s health education to them.We intervene the intervention group individually through point detection,health education,communicating face to face,releasing information,outpatient follow-up and telephoning.We educate the control group randomly,including recognizing hypertension,eating reasonably,restricting salt,giving up smoking and wine,controlling weight,exercising properly,adjusting psychology,etc.Then compared the standard rate of hypertension control,the standard rate of body mass index,the drop in blood pressure level and the change of bad living behavior by contrasting before and after intervention.Evaluating the intervention effect.Results:After one year’s health education,the hypertension control rate of intervention group is 93.0%,the standard rate of body mass index is 61.3%,higher than the control group’s 63.6% and 50.7%.Intervention group’s smoking,drinking,doing less exercise,unreasonable diet,irregular work and rest are improved obviously.It has statistical significance(P<0.01或P<0.05).The working pressure is improved,but not obviously.While each index of control group is improved,but not obviously.Conclusion:The intensified health education of white collar’s abnormal hypertension anabolism can change the patients’way of life,make the patients’blood pressure up to standard and reduce the cardiovascular complications.
