中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿急性发作疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿(COPD)急性发作的临床疗效。方法:将82例COPD急性发作患者根据就诊先后分为对照组和治疗组,两组均予以抗感染、吸氧等支持对症治疗,同时予布地奈德和硫酸特布他林雾化吸入;治疗组则在此基础上辨证给予中药口服,观察两组的治疗效果及肺功能变化。结果:治疗组的总有效率为87.8%,明显高于对照组的68.3%,且治疗组的肺功能改善明显优于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用中西医结合治疗COPD急性发作较单纯使用西药的效果显著,并能明显改善肺功能。

Analyze the Effect of Chinese and Western Medicine Combination for Acute Attack of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Emphysema

Objective:In order to analyze the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment effect for acute attack of chronic obstructive emphysema.Methods:82 confirmed chronic obstructive emphysema patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each 41 cases.The two groups are to be support for anti-infection,oxygen and other symptomatic treatment,at the same time to Budesonide and Terbutaline Sulphate Solution aerosol inhalation,the treatment group is based on this dialectical give oral Chinese medicine,we observed the treatment effect of the two groups and lung function changes.Results:The success rate of treatment group(87.8%) was higher than the control group(68.3%) significantly,and lung function improvement of the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment effect for chronic obstructive emphysema by the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine was better than only by normal western medicine.And can obviously improve the lung function.
