彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉粥样硬化病变的临床应用价值

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在检测颈动脉粥样硬化病变患者的临床应用价值。方法:使用高分辨率彩超,对679例颈动脉硬化斑块患者进行检查,通过对颈部血管内-中膜厚度的测量、斑块性质的判定及血流动力学的改变等指标综合衡量颈动脉硬化程度。结果:1 193例检测病例中,共679例确诊为动脉粥样硬化斑块患者。随着年龄的增加,动脉粥样硬化的阳性率显著增加,且斑块的发生位置多位于颈动脉分叉处和颈内动脉起始部。结论:高分辨率彩色多普勒超声能准确识别颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的性质、评价血管狭窄程度,为脑血管疾病的临床诊断、治疗及预后随访等提供客观依据。

The Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque

Objective:Evaluation of the clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the detection of patients with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods:Using high resolution ultrasound,679 cases of carotid artery plaque patients are examined,based on neck vascular intima-media thickness measurements,plaque determines the nature and hemodynamic change index to measure the degree of arteriosclerosis of the carotid artery.Results:In 1 193 tested cases,a total of 679 patients were diagnosed with atherosclerotic plaques.With increasing age,the positive rate of atherosclerosis increased significantly,and the plaque was mainly taken place in carotid artery bifurcation and internal carotid arteries.Conclusion:High resolution color Doppler ultrasound can accurately identify the nature of evaluation of carotid atherosclerotic plaque,stenosis,cerebral vascular diseases,and provide an objective basis for the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of follow-up.
