流行性肌痛的诊断及治疗-附8例报告

日的加深对流行性肌痛的临床特点、诊断及鉴别诊断的认识。方法回顾性分析2000年8月至2003年7月间诊断的8例流行性肌痛患临床资料。结果8例肌痛患中颈部肌痛1例，胸部肌痛1例，同时有胸部及腰肌疼痛1例，腹部肌痛3例，腹股沟肌痛1例，腰部肌痛l例。临床表现为突然发生的肌痛，疼痛呈阵发性，活动时加剧，部分病例疼痛呈迁徙性。少数伴有全身症状如发热、头昏、乏力等。用复方氯唑沙宗、芬必得等治疗，多数患均迅速康复。结论临床上几遇到突然发生，轻重不一，甚至是从未体验过的胸、腹剧烈疼痛，而相应部位脏器检查结果阴性，均应考虑流行性肌痛的诊断。治疗原则为一般治疗和对症治疗。

Diagnosis and treatment of epidemic plourodynice

Objective To deepen the understanding of the clinical features,diagnosis anddifferential diagnosis of epidemic plourodynice.MethodsThe clinical data of 8 patients withepidemic plourodynice between August 2000 and July 2003 was analyzed retrospectively.ResultsOf 8 cases,there were 1 case of pain in neck,1 in chest,1 in waist,1 in chest andwaist,3 in abdomen and 1 in inguinal.The clinical manifestations were abruptty and paroxymicon-set of muscular pain,which was flared-up at action. Pain in some patients was ofmigratory.The few patients had constitutional symptoms,such as fever,dizziness and asthenia.Mostpatients recovered with the treatment of fenbid and compound chlorzoxazonetablets.ConclusionThe diagnosis of epidemic plourodynice in patients with more or lessdegree of pain in chest and abdomen, of which the results of examination is negative,shouldbe considered.The principle of treatment is symptomic and general therapy.[
