| 摘 要： | 本文报道8例肘关节尺侧副韧带损伤,其中单纯肘关节尺侧副韧带损伤7例,均采用非手术治疗;1例合并前臂屈肌群起点撕裂者行手术治疗。随访7例,平均随访3.5年,疗效均满意。作者根据临床病例资料,探讨了本病的损伤机制、诊断和治疗等有关问题。

| Abstract: | This paper reports 8 eases with injury of the ulnar collateral ligament of elbow joint. 7 cases were simple injury of the ulnar collateral ligament of elbow joint and they were treated by non-operative method. A patient who complicated rupture with origin of common flexors of the forearm was performed an operation. 7 cases had been followed-up for an average 3.5 years and the results of treatment were satisfactory. According to clinical data, the concerned problems of this disease such as injurious mechanism, diagnosis and treatment were discussed as well. |
