球囊血管成形术治疗膝下动脉的闭塞性病变

目的观察球囊血管成形术治疗膝下动脉闭塞性病变的近期疗效,初步总结其技术要点与治疗经验。方法选择2005年8月-2006年4月期间收治的51例以膝下动脉病变为主的动脉硬化闭塞症患者。所有患者的膝下段病变动脉均采用球囊血管成形术治疗。结果该组51例患者中,技术成功44例,成功率86.3%;临床成功47例,成功率92.2%。术后平均随访4个月(2~8个月),临床成功的患者中除1例术后2个月复发行二次手术外,其余患者症状均无加重或复发。结论球囊血管成形术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞性疾病的膝下段动脉病变具有较高的可行性,近期疗效确切,其长期疗效还需进一步随访研究。

Balloon angioplasty in treatment of infrapopliteal artery occlusive disease

Objective To evaluate short-term results in balloon percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) treatment of infrapopliteal artery occlusive disease, to summarize the technique and experiences. Methods From August 2005 to April 2006, 51 patients with infrapopliteal artery occlusive disease, all patients' arteries below the knee were treated by balloon PTA. Results The technical success was of 44 cases, the technical success rate was 86.3%; the clinical success was of 47 cases, the clinical success rate was 92.2%. Mean follow-up after procedure was 4 months (from 2 to 8 months). During the follow-up, one case appeared recurrence after 2 months of procedure and underwent a further balloon PTA, with immediate remission of symptoms; other cases had no recurrence. Conclusion Balloon PTA is a feasible technique for infrapopliteal artery occlusive disease. Short-term effect is exact, but long-term follow-up is necessary.
