| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白介素（IL）-10在鼻息肉中的表达及其意义。方法运用免疫组化方法检测IL-10在30例鼻息肉和14例正常下鼻甲组织中的表达，对IL-10阳性细胞的类型、分布进行分析。结果IL-10在鼻息肉组织中表达较正常下鼻甲组织明显增强，差异有显著性（P〈0．叭）。IL-10主要表达于鼻息肉的上皮细胞及炎性细胞中。结论IL-10在鼻息肉组织内的多种炎性细胞中明显表达，能客观反应免疫或炎症反应的程度，提示IL-10在鼻息肉中可能发挥重要的抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the expression and significance of interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the pathophysiology of nasal polyps. Methods The expression of IL-10 was detected in 30 tissue samples of nasal polyps and 14 controls from normal inferior turbinates by immunohistochemical method, respectively. The cell type and distributed were analysed in positive expression of IL-10. Results There was a significant over-expression of IL-10 in nasal polyp tissue compared to normal inferior turbinates. The difference between these two groups was significant (P<0.01). IL-10-positive cells were localized on epithelium and inflammatory cells in nasal polyps. Conclusion IL-10 may have a broad spectrum of immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory effects in nasal polyps. |
