摘    要:目的 :探讨马拉色菌属在临床疾病中的意义。方法 :利用RAPD对临床分离株进行基因分型 ,建立马拉色菌属带型关系树状图 ,分析与相关疾病的对应关系。结果 :临床标本可分成 6类 ,其中 5类可进一步分为亚类。各类与疾病无明显的对应关系 ,但可得到具有临床意义的结果。结论 :RAPD作为研究马拉色菌属基因多态性的工具 ,马拉色菌属在相关疾病中存在多样性

Abstract:Objective:To study the meaning of Malassezia in clinical diseases. Methods:clinical isolates using RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA)were genotyped and established DNA banding pattern dendrogram to analyze the corresponding relationship between them and related diseases. Results:The result showed that all clinical samples were divided into 6 groups, five of which were further devided into subgroups. Significantly clinical value results were obtained in spite of no obvious corresponding relationships among them. Conclusion: RAPD can be used to study gene polymorphic of Malassezia and epidemiologic investigation for related diseases.
