冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的临床及冠脉造影特点分析

目的 探讨冠心痛合并2型糖尿病患者的临床特征和冠脉病变特点。方法 对比分析30例冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者与同期40例不合并糖尿病的冠心病患者的临床和冠脉造影资料。结果 与非糖尿病的冠心病组比较，冠心病合并2型糖尿病组高血压、血脂异常发生率及不稳定型心绞痛、心肌梗死的发生率明显增高（P〈0．05）；冠心痛合并糖尿病患者的血脂异常以甘油三酯增高和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低为主要特点；冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者冠脉3支病变、严重狭窄及闭塞性病变多见。结论 冠心病并发2型糖尿病患者常有多种心血管危险因素聚集，冠脉多支病变、严重病变常见，积极干预心血管危险因素，对防止冠心病的发生发展、改善预后意义重大。

Analysis of both clinical characteristics and features of their coronary arteriographies among groups of CHD companied by type-2 DM

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of coronary heart disease(CHD) companied by type-2 diabetes mellitus(DM) and features of their coronary arteriographies. Methods The data from both clinical and coronary angiography were analyzed between two groups of 30 cases of patients suffered by CHD with type-2 DM and 40 cases of patients without. Results Compared with CHD patients without by type-2 DM, the ratio of hypertension, dyslipidemia and unstable angina pectoris (UAP), myocardial infarction (MI) were much more(P<0.05); the mainly abnormalities of lipids metabolism were the increased serum triglyceride (TG) and low levels of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) in CHD patients with type-2 DM. Three-vessel diseases of coronary artery, severe stenosis lesion and completely obstructive lesion were more prevalent in CHD patients with type-2 DM. Conclusion CHD patients with type-2 DM tend to have multiple cardiovascular-risk factors, and often have multi-branch lesion and more severe lesions. To treat cardiovascular risk factors actively is very important to prevent the CHD and improve its prognosis.
