| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨我国牙齿感觉过敏症的流行病学特点。方法：收集牙齿感觉过敏症102例（患牙214个）进行资料统计分析。结果：我国牙齿感觉过敏症的主要病因素为牙颌面磨损，中老年多发、女略多于男。多发牙位为下颌磨牙。病史多在一年以内。结论：我国牙齿感觉过敏症的流行病学特点与国外有较大差异。

| Abstract: | AIM:To study the epidemiological features of dentin hypersensitivity (DH) in China. METHODS:102 cases of DH (with 214 involved teeth) were collected and analysed statistically. RESULTS: In China, the main pathogenic factor of DH was the occlusal abrasion, mainly middle-aged and old people. Female patients were few more than the male. Mandibular molars were easier to be involved. Most cases were suffered from DH within one year. CONCLUSION: The epidemiological features of DH are quite different between Chinese and Western countries. |
