某海上油田开发工程职业病危害预评价结果分析

目的识别、评价该工程可能产生的职业病危害因素，为卫生行政部门审批该项目提供技术依据。方法选择与该工程类似的企业进行类比调查，综合运用检查表法、类比法和定量分级法进行分析评价。结果工程总体开发方案中设计的选址、总体布局、职业病危害防护措施、卫生辅助用室、个人职业病防护用品、职业卫生管理和应急救援措施等内容基本符合卫生学要求。该工程生产过程中产生的各种毒物的浓度和电离辐射强度符合国家卫生标准要求，但部分工作地点的噪声可能超标。结论经综合评价分析，该工程生产过程中可能产生的职业病毹害因素是可以预防和控制的。

Pre-assessment of the Occupational Disease Hazards in an Offshore Oilfield Development Project

Objective To identify and evaluate the occupational disease hazard factors potentially in an oilfield development project, analyze the effect of protecting measures on occupational diseases, and to provide technical evidences for health administration examination and approval to the project. Methods Methods of check lists, analogy and quantitative classification were utilized for predicting the occupational disease hazards in the project. Results In the oilfield development scheme of the project, the designs includifig the construction site, overall layout, protecting measures of occupational diseases, hygiene auxiliary houses, personal protecting equipments, the management system on industrial hygiene and emergency rescue measures accorded with the hygiene requirements. The concentrations of all sorts of toxic chemical substances and the intensity of ionization also accorded with the national standards, but noise in part worksites might exceed hygiene standards. Conclusion By synthesizing the relevant anal- ysis, the occupational disease hazard factors in this oilfield development project can be prevented and controlled.
