祛痹颗粒质量标准的研究

摘    要:目的建立控制祛痹颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中白芍、丹参进行了定性鉴别,应用高效液相色谱法对金银花中的绿原酸进行了定量测定。结果绿原酸在0.0418~0.209μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率达98.3%,RSD=1.71%。结论所建立的方法可行、重复性好,能有效地控制该制剂的质量。

Abstract:Objective To establish the standard for quality control of Qubi Granules.Methods Paeonide Alba and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.in the preparation were identified by TLC.The Chlorogenic acid in the Flos Lonicerae was determined by HPLC.Results A good linear range was shown at the concentration from 0.0418μg to 0.209μg.The average recovery was 98.3% and the RSD was 1.71%.Conclusion The methods are available,have good reproducibilities and can be used to control the quality of this granule effectively.
