手法推拿预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成

目的探讨手法推拿在预防剖官产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成（deepvenousthrombosis，DVT）时的作用；方法选择剖官产患者877例，分实验组445例，对照组432例；对照组术后实行剖宫产术后常规护理，实验组术后在常规护理的基础上，手法推拿预防下肢深静脉血栓；结果同期发病率监测，对照组发病率2．1％，实验组发病率0．2％。用SPSS13．0统计软件进行数据处理，组间比较采用x2检验，P〈0．05为有统计学意义；结论实行手法推拿能有效预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成。
