64排螺旋CT在急性胸痛病因诊断中的价值

目的:探讨64排螺旋CT在急性胸痛病因诊断中的临床价值。方法:75例急性胸痛患者均进行一次性64排螺旋CT胸部增强检查。采用多平面重组、最大密度投影、曲面重组及容积再现等多种重建技术对冠状动脉、肺动脉和胸主动脉成像,同时清晰显示肺野及胸壁情况。由2名有经验的放射科医生对所有图像进行观察,对疾病进行诊断。结果:心血管病变52例,其中冠状动脉病变31例,急性肺动脉栓塞12例,主动脉夹层9例;显示气胸5例,缩窄性心包炎2例,胸膜炎6例,胸椎压缩性骨折3例,7例未见明显异常。结论:64排螺旋CT一次性胸部血管造影检查能清晰地显示冠状动脉、肺动脉及主动脉,对其病变作出正确诊断,同时还能清晰地显示胸部其他疾病,是急性胸痛病因诊断优选的检查方法。

The clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute chest pain

Objective: To study the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute chest pain.Methods: 75 cases with acute chest pain were performed 64 slice spiral CT chest enhanced.All of the patients using Multi planar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP),curved planar reformation(CPR) and volume rendering(VR) a variety of reconstruction techniques for coronary artery,pulmonary artery and thoracic aortic imaging.At the same time it can clearly show the lung fields and chest wall conditions.By two experienced radiologists to observe all the images, the diagnosis of disease.Results: In the 75 cases,Cardiovascular disease in 52 cases,including coronary artery disease in 31 cases,12 cases of acute pulmonary embolism,aortic dissection 9 cases;shows pneumothorax in 5 cases,2 cases of constrictive pericarditis,pleurisy in 6 patients,thoracic compression fracture in 3 cases,7 patients with no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion: A 64-slice CT chest angiography can clearly show coronary artery,pulmonary artery and aorta, making a correct diagnosis of their disease.Meanwhile,a clear indication of chest diseases can be detected.It is the best screening method in patients with acute chest pain.
