足浴在糖尿病周围神经病变治疗护理中的应用

目的探讨中药足浴在糖尿病周围神经病变治疗护理中的疗效。方法观察对象均来自我院内分泌科住院病人,随机分为A组(治疗组),给予糖尿病基础治疗和中药足浴治疗。B组(对照组)只做糖尿病基础治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床症状改善程度和神经传导速度的差异。结果治疗组总有效率78.3%,对照组总有效率57.0%,两组比较P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论中药足浴在糖尿病周围神经病变治疗是有效的。

Investigate the Clinical Nursing Effect of Foot Bath with Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective to investigate the effect of foot bath with Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical nursing. Methods the observing objects are the hospitalized patients from the endocrine division in our hospital, randomly divided into A group （treatment group） , with diabetic basic therapy and traditional Chinese medicine foot bath treatment, Group B （comparison group）, with diabetic basic therapy. And then comparing two groups of patients in the improvement of clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity after treatment. Result the total effective rate in the treatment group and comparison group was 78.3% and 57% , P 〈 0. 05, with statistical significance. Conclusionthe foot bath of Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was effective.
