复方甘草酸苷防治早期放射性肺损伤的实验研究

摘    要:目的用小鼠放射性肺损伤的模型来评价复方甘草酸苷(SNMC)对早期放射性肺损伤的防治作用。方法成年雄性昆明种小鼠36只,随机分成对照组、模型组和SNMC组,每组12只。对照组小鼠无照射无给药;模型组腹腔注射生理盐水10ml/(kg.d),SNMC组腹腔注射SNMC 10ml/(kg.d),连续5d。第5天给药后1h,模型组和SNMC组小鼠全肺单次照射18Gy,照射后继续给药3周。于照射后2周、6周,进行小鼠肺部螺旋CT扫描及图像分析,获得小鼠全肺的平均灰度值;采用HE染色,制作肺组织病理切片,在光镜下观察肺组织的变化。结果 SNMC组小鼠全肺平均灰度值明显低于模型组(P<0.01);模型组小鼠在照射后存在明显的病理组织学上的改变,表现为肺充血、水肿、肺间质增厚,SNMC组上述所见明显减轻。结论 SNMC对放射性肺损伤有一定的防治作用。

Protection of Stronger Neo-minophagen C against Radiation-induced Lung Injury in Mice

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the Stronger Neo-minophagen C(SNMC) as an protection agent affecting the radiation-induced lung injury in an animal model.Methods Thirty six Kunming mice were randomly classified into 3 groups:a control group,a treatment group and a SNMC group.Control group received neither irradiation nor SNMC;Treatment group intraperitoneal inject natural saline 10 ml/kg.d and SNMC group intraperitoneal inject SNMC 10ml/kg.d for 5 days.The whole thorax of treatment group and SNMC group mice were irradiated with 18 Gy X-Ray one hour after inject in the fifth day,intraperitoneal injection were kept for 3 weeks after irradiation.CT scanning and image analysis of the mean gray value were carried out to acquire the data of each mouse after irradiation for 2 and 6 weeks.The pathologic changes of lung were studied by the way of HE staining pathologic of lung.Results Compared with treatment group,the mean gray value of SNMC group obviously decreased(P<0.01);significant histological and pathologic changes were observed in treatment group,while above injuries were obviously slight in SNMC group.Conclusions SNMC have the preventive and therapeutic effects in the early time of radiation-induced lung injury.
