耳部整体按摩在糖尿病二级预防中的作用

目的探讨糖尿病耳部整体按摩降血糖的作用。方法将糖尿病患者随机分为三组,分别采用耳部整体按摩、耳穴传统按摩、不按摩三种方式,比较其疗效及降血糖作用。结果三种治疗方法总体治疗疗效差别无统计学意义(P=0.884),但是空腹血糖浓度在操作前、操作后1周、操作后2周变化有统计学意义,并且都有下降的趋势。A组下降的幅度较大,而B组和C组下降幅度较小。结论可以尝试耳部整体按摩替代耳穴传统按压,而且效果较好。

Effect of Ear Entirety Massage in the Secondary Prevention of Diabetes

Objective To explore the hypoglycemic effect of ear entirety massage for diabetes patients. Methods Diabetes patients were randomly divided into three groups to receive ear entirety massage, massageand the control group, compare the efficacy and hypoglycemic effect. Results Three treatments have no significant differences about entirety treatment effect （ P = 0. 884）, but fasting plasma glucose＇ s difference was statistically significant among before operation, operation after 1 week, and operation after 2 weeks, and all have decline. Group A was decreased faster, while group B and C decreased lesser. Conclusion We can try to use ear entirety massage to replace traditional press, and the effect of hypoglycemic effect is better.
