| 摘 要： | 目的观察隔姜、蒜灸配合针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法将112例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为两组,治疗组56例采用隔姜、蒜灸配合针刺治疗,针刺组56例单用针刺治疗。结果治疗组愈显率80.4%,针刺组愈显率62.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔姜、蒜灸配合针刺治疗面神经麻痹能显著提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of ginger-partitioned moxibustion and garlic-partitioned moxibustion plus acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods One hundred and twelve patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 56 cases received ginger-partitioned moxibusfion and garlic-partitioned moxibustion plus acupuncture, and the acupuncture group of 56 cases received conventional acupuncture. Result The cure and marked efficacy rate was 80. 4% in the treatment group and 62. 5% in the acupuncture group; there was a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus ginger-partitioned moxibustion and garlic-partitioned moxibustion can increase therapeutic effect on peripheral facial paralysis, and it is a better method for treatment of this disease. |
