| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阑尾炎的超声图像特征及超声对阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法:应用低频超声及高频超声对79例阑尾炎进行检查并诊断,全部经手术与病理证实。结果:阑尾炎诊断符合率,低频超声为39.2%,高频超声为92.4%。结论:高频超声对阑尾炎的诊断准确性较高。

| Abstract: | Objective.. To explore the characteristics of appendicitis under ultrasound images and discuss value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of appendicitis. Methods. Both low-frequency and high-frequency ultrasound were used for diagnosis of 79 appendicitis cases. Results： All cases diagnosed as appendicitis were verified by surgery and pathology test. The rate of correct diagnosis was 39.2% for low-frequency ultrasound, and 92.4% for high-frequency ultrasound. Conclusion. High-frequency ultrasound is more accurate in the diagnosis of appendicitis. |
