| 摘 要： | 有关心衰的知识在快速增长，这种情况改变了人们对心衰的传统概念。人们逐渐认识到，心衰的病理生理学变化极其复杂，不仅包括神经－体液因素的代偿性变化，还涉及到心肌结构性变化、钙稳态的紊乱、受体密度的改变以及细胞信息传递的变化等。本文简述了心衰病理生理学研究的新进展，常用的心衰动物模型，心衰的实验性诊断指标，以及几种有开发前景的治疗心衰新措施。

| Abstract: | The knowledge of heart failure (HF) is growing rapidly, that changes the traditional concepts of HF. It is now realized that the pathophysiology of HF is really complex and involves not only neurohumoral compensations, but also structural changes, disturbances in Ca 2+ homeostasis, alteration in receptor density and signal transduction. This review briefed recent progress in the pathophysiology of HF, the animal models of HF, the index of HF diagnosis and several promising strategies for HF treatment. |
