充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝106例临床分析

目的总结应用充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床经验。方法使用疝环充填物及网状补片,对106例腹股沟疝病人进行无张力疝修补治疗。结果全部病例术后疼痛轻,可早期下床活动。本组105例切口为Ⅰ期愈合,1例切口脂肪液化,1例疝囊积液,无感染,无死亡,无因并发症需取出填入的网塞及补片而导致手术失败,术后3～8 d出院,随访1～2年,无复发。结论无张力疝修补术创伤小、手术时间短,符合腹股沟解剖生理,没有缝线张力,术后疼痛轻,恢复快,不限制体力活动,并发症少和复发率低,是目前较为理想的疝修补方法。

Objective To discuss that fills up the application of the hernia repair there no tension in therapying the inguinal hernia the clinical experience of.Methods Used for hernia rings and a network that fills up to 106 example of the hernia without tension for hernia repair.Results All patients were postoperative pain,and could get out of bed,wound healing in 105 cases,one case of fat liquefaction of incision,1 hernia sac fluid,no infection,no mortality,no complications need to fill out the network plug and patch failure caused by surgery,3 to 8 days after discharge,were followed up 1 to 2 years,no recurrence.Conclusion There was no tension for hernia repair his wounds and some little time in the groin the anatomy of physical and not match the pain,and will recover quickly,not limit,the physical activity and a relapse rate should be low,far more ideal for hernia repair.
