电子宫腔镜检查子宫不正出血患者1 478例分析

目的回顾性分析宫腔镜检查子宫不正出血患者的资料,以探讨子宫不正出血与子宫腔内病变的关系。方法回顾性分析该院妇产科2002年10月～2006年3月1478例因子宫不正出血行宫腔镜检查的患者资料。结果宫腔未见异常194例,各种疾病共1284例,阳性检出率86.9%。其中,宫腔镜下怀疑子宫内膜癌者62例,术后病理确诊为子宫内膜癌者44例,确诊为子宫内膜不典型增生者12例。1478例均无严重并发症。结论通过分析1478例子宫不正出血患者宫腔镜检查结果,可了解宫腔内疾病与子宫不正出血的关系以及各病种在不同年龄段的分布情况,进而指导临床诊断。

Clinical analysis of hysteroscope for examination for 1 478 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding

Objective To investigate the relationship with abnormal uterine bleeding and intra-uterine disease. Method Data of 1 478 cases who underwent hysteroscopy because of abnormal uterine bleeding from Oct. 2002 to Mar. 2006 were retrospective analysed. Results 194 cases were normal cavitary uteri, 1 284 cases of defferent diseases were detected by hysteroscope, and the positive rate of detection was 86.9%. Of the total, 62 cases were diagnosed as endometrial carcinoma by hysteroscope, in these 62 cases, 48 cases of endometrial carcinoma were confirmed and 12 cases were diagnosed as atypical hyperplasia of endometrium by pathohistology. Conclusion We can understand the relationship with abnormal uterine bleeding and intra-uterine disease, the distribution of the different diseases in different age, to direct our clinical diagnosis.
