多功能电离子手术治疗声带良性病变及检测喉发音研究

目的：探讨电离子手术治疗声带良性病变的可行性。方法：将声带息肉和小结患者１２０ 例分为实验组（５５ 例为电离子手术者）和对照组（６５ 例为传统刀钳切除组）对手术情况进行比较及喉发音功能进行检测。结果：实验组５５ 例中仅２ 例因术野暴露差及不能忍受局麻痛苦而改为全麻插管下完成手术外，其余均一次治愈。对照组６５ 例有５ 例切除不彻底复发而二次手术治愈，２ 例因手术伤及正常声带组织形成局部皮下疤痕使嗓音嘶哑无改善，其余均一次治愈。喉发音功能主客观检测指标显示术后两组对比虽传统手术组略差，但统计学上无显性差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０１）。实验组手术前后参数对比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５ 或Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论：电离子手术治疗声带良性病变效果良好，尤其适合对嗓音有较高要求的患者。

THE STUDY OF MULTIPLE ELECTRO-ION IN TREATING VOCAL TUMOR AND DETECTION THE VOICE

Objective:To determine the possibility of curing vocal nodus and polyps.Methods:12.cases with vocal Polyps and cord modus were divided into two groups;55 cases treated with electro ion as experiement group.65 cases with traditional method as control group.During the courses,All the cases were studied.on the operation and voice.Result:In experiement group.All the cases were cured.but 55 cases operated under general anesthesia due to serious pain because of limited operation vision.exposed.whilein the control group(65 cases).5cases were operated twice due to unthoroughly excision.2 cases hoarse because of located scar which resulted from the operation.All the others were cured at the first time.The examination result of voice revealed:Although the traditional group are not as good as the electroion group.and theres no significant difference.(P>0 01) the experiement group on the contrary (P<0 05 or P<0 01) Conclusion:The electroion has good effect on vocal tumor esp for the ideal voice patients.
